The citizen I.A. disabled person of II grade addressed to the Center for Human Rights of Moldova, invoking violation of the right to work due to unfair dismissal. Since the issue in question is labor relations and the order of dismissal, according to the petitioner was issued with violations of the legislation, the last submitted the application to the court.
The Parliamentary Advocate concluded that the petitioner's arguments indicate a significant injury to the rights and freedoms set out in Articles 16, 34 and 43 of the Constitution, Article 7 of the Law on ensuring equality Nr. 121 of 25.05.2012, Article 27 the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and art. 14 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
Under the Article 21 par. (1) of the Law on Parliamentary Advocates, on 07.10.2013, the Parliamentary Advocate Tudor Lazăr submitted an application for intervening in the process to make findings according to the Art. 74 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Moldova.
