Comrat representative office of the Ombudsman institution recently chose the training of population especially the young people, in the field of ​​law and electoral legislation as one of the directions of current activity.

On 10 October 2014, in Comrat for the students of University from this locality, the representative office of the Ombudsman institution in the region organized a seminar "Youth activism in the region in the field of electoral rights realization".

Within this activity were addressed problems related to the right to elect and to be elected, participation in elections, and some aspects of youth participation in state leadership.

The Head of Comrat representative office, Svetlana Mironova conducted several methods of training, including tests for studying leadership capacities of young people, especially the civic leadership qualities, where students had the opportunity to engage in the process of results analysis and the exercises on manifestation of creation potential.

The students came to the conclusion that there is a need for active involvement of young generation both in state leadership and in realization of electoral right.
