The Parliamentary Advocate Tudor Lazăr, visited the Penitentiary Institution Nr 10 Goian, for minors detainess.By diplomas of the ombudsman and books were mentioned Victor Vornicescu, Nicolae Condorache, Vladislav Socolov, that presented argued essays at the contest. It is remarkable that these pupils have demonstrated a mature thinking, have expressed original ideas. In this context deserves mention the active position of pupils who have participated in other contests and activities with human rights topics held previously, including international contests.

Also during the visit the Parliamentary advocate mentioned the personal merit of the Penitentiary Institution Head Ms.Liuba Jignea, which supported pupils showing a chosen teacher qualities and much perseverance.

The Parliamentary Advocate transmitted to the Institution library one small book set.

In his speech the Ombudsman spoke about the tolerance as a life principle in modern world, supporting the idea that tolerance is the basis of right social relations, favorable to a successful social integration.

The pupils took part in an activity of human rights promotion entitled "People with disabilities: between discrimination and tolerance." Within the activity pupils discussed the situation of persons with disabilities, about the problems of these people, about the causes of discrimination.
