The People's Advocate Office presents the final consultation draft Rules of organization and functioning of the Council for the Prevention of Torture.When developing the current version, we have been taken into account proposals and suggestions of civil society representatives and international experts, put forward at the meeting of January, organized by the Office of the Ombudsman on this topic. Representatives of non-governmental sector are invited to comment on the finalized draft Rules of organization and functioning of the Council for the Prevention of Torture till June 15, 2016.
