Employees of People’s Advocate Office examine a new case of possible maltreatment of a detainee from Penitentiary Nr.13

Data regarding the alleged maltreatment performed to a prisoner of the Penitentiary. 13 were brought in attention of Ombudsman Institution employees by human rights defenders Oleg Brega and Anatol Mătăsaru.

The employees of the People Advocate Office reacted promptly to those reported, Iurie Dubenco, Consultant of the Ombudsman Institution in a same day made a visit to the concerned place in order to check out the reported facts.
