On 28 May 2013 the Parliamentary Advocate Aurelia Grigoriu, received in audience the inhabitants from Ceadîr-Lunga and the nearby villages.
The audience of citizens in the territory by the Parliamentary Advocate has become a best practice in the work of the ombudsman . At the mentioned audience were registered 15 people. The spectrum of raised by citizens issues was varied from violations of fundamental rights like freedom of movement up to the local administration bureaucracy issues: property rights, insurance with compensated medications, drinking water supply, social insurance of people with disabilities, and others.
According to the Law on Parliamentary Advocates, the activity of a parliamentary advocate is designed to ensure the observance of constitutional human rights and freedoms by central and local public authorities, institutions, organizations and enterprises, regardless of type of ownership, public associations and persons in positions of responsibility at all levels.
