On 15 Mai 2013, Under the Parliamentary Advocate of the Republic of Moldova, Aurelia Grigoriu, inside the Assembly Hall of Republic’s of Moldova Deaf Association was held that the IX edition of the International Festival of Arts "Plai Natal." The event was organized in partnership with NGO "Plai Înfloritor"in order to promote talented children and young people, including representatives of ethnic minorities, the rights of persons with disabilities and those from vulnerable families.

The festival was attended by over 50 children from Republic of Moldova, which have evolved with a program of songs and dances, presentation of theatrical performances and artistic gymnastics.

Each participant was awarded with diplomas of I, II, III grade. Diplomas were conferred on: "Best Choreographer", "Best Musicologist", "Best Traditional Costume", "Art Prize" and  «Diploma of the youngest participant."

There were also handed out individually or collective diplomas, gifts from sponsors of the mentioned event. Grand Prix of the Festival was awarded to Elena Timuş, absolute winner of the contest. The winner will be delegated by the Association  "Plai Înfloritor" to the International Festival of Arts "Musica Sotto le Stelle ', which will take place in the city of Pescara, Italy during 15-22 June 2013.

The event was attended by Ambassadors of Republic of Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Republic of Bulgaria, Republic of Hungary to Republic Moldova, representatives of the Embassy of Russian Federation and Honorary Consulate of Republic of Kazakhstan in our country.
